The hotel’s near museo nazionale romano, also we could easily access policlinico umberto. Located 10 min walk away from Castro Pretorio tube station. Central neighbourhood deserves to be explored.
-
We liked how close it was to stazione termini. A relaxing base for exploring Rome.
No.

The location was great for the main station and walking distance to lots of restaurants. Staff were helpful and friendly
The pillows are in need of renewing.

Location, cleanliness, friendlinessof staff.
My room was next to the reception and just under the main stairs.
-
Very good breakfast, nice staff... Rooms are good, cleaned every day.
Air conditioning could be more powerful, but it served well.
-
The staff were very helpful and the room was really clean. Also very close to the Termini train station.
-
Excellent location, close to Termini station!
Wifi only available in reception area, not the rooms!
-
Very close to train station and shuttle bus to airports. Supper market and shops are nearby. Breakfast is very nice and managers are very friendly! Pleasant stay.
Everything is fine.
-

Ottimo hotel a 3 stelle, molto curato e efficiente lo staff, sempre disponibile e pronto ad aiutare. Il prezzo è molto buono secondo me, da raccomandare.

Well, it was poor, but the price and location were good, and given services corresponded to the price. It was close to the Central Station and to the metro, and easy to get to any city attractions. The room was small, I took a single room, there were 2 twin bads, I think the same room is used also as a double one. But it was quiet at night, and it was quite comfortable. I would say, for its money it is ok.
The bathroom was small, just for 1 person to stay in, there was douch cabin, the water flow was very poor! Sometimes it was difficult to take a shower, just to get wet, but not to clean. The breakfast was quite poor, for those who prefere to have a good breakfast, it would be little, just 1 croissant and coffee, some yogurts and musly. And a glas of juce. The staff - not so polite as it should be in a good hotel.

For a family of four in a European city, the room size was fine, and it was clean. Also, the bathroom was more like a U.S. bathroom than most European hotels. It had a nice tub/shower with a curtain so the water did not go all over. The shower head could be secured above our heads as with American showers. My brother's family of four stayed in another hotel with a a smaller bathroom and no extra floor space. The beds were comfortable--moreso than they looked in the online photos. The breakfast was typical of European hotels. Very close to Stazione Termini, but make sure you leave Termini from the exit closest to the hotel (ask someone for guidance) in order to avoid carrying luggage up a big long hill.
The hotel staff were of very limited assistance. The young woman spoke a little English and tried to offer some help. The older man did not speak English and did not seem interested in helping. The hotel listing said the rooms were air conditioned. We were not sure if the air conditioning was working in our room as it was not very cool. The refrigerator did not work. The check-in time was inconvenient--about 1:00 pm. Though we were able to leave our luggage in the hotel earlier than check in, it did not seem to be a secure area. The bathroom in the lobby was too tiny to really freshen up after our long flight before we toured some sights. Most restaurants nearby were not open until after 2:30 or even 4:00, so it was hard to find a place to get some lunch.

I was a bit annoyed about there not being any connection to Internet at the hotel. Also they gave me a couble room which I hadn't booked for.
